Phil Mccordic

Phil has worked for two decades in front and behind the camera. He is the creator and show-runner of three television series: Zerby Derby (3 seasons, TVO/TFO), Science Max, Experiments at Large (3 Seasons, TVO) and Mittens & Pants (3 seasons, CBC/Sky). He's also created and produced the web series including 'According to Kids' (4 seasons) for CBC and 'How Much is Too Much' (1 season) for YTV.

Phil has credits as a creator, host, producer, director, researcher, writer, story-editor, editor and even graphics department. His creations are viewed worldwide with a combined global audience of 200 million. He is the winner of two Gemini awards, a YMA award and three Canadian Screen Awards.

As President of Windy Isle Entertainment, Phil focuses his boundless energy into creating the best content possible, working as, and with, writers, directors, art department, editors, cast and crew.

Shereen Ali

Shereen has worked on many productions over her 20+ year career - from Saturday Night at the Movies on TVO to The Zone on YTV to The Canadian Country Music Awards on CBC.  

In 2020, Shereen became VP of Windy Isle Entertainment. She has since produced projects like CBC’s According to Kids, and serves as executive producer for the hit live-action series Mittens & Pants on CBC Gem, Sky UK, and more.

Shereen believes in hard work, authenticity, and uplifting those around her, and thrives on making these principles central to her work. Shereen is always seeking out genuine connections and finds inspiration in learning from others’ journeys and perspectives.

In her spare time, Shereen takes joy in exploring Toronto’s vibrant culinary scene, spending time outdoors hiking and being in nature, embarking on trips where she gets to immerse herself in different cultures and dissecting the brilliance of Bridgerton.
